To enroll yourself or a loved one, click the PayPal link below.
Between Nov 1 and Dec 31, enter a $35 discounted membership fee in the amount field. Between Jan 1 and Feb 29, enter a standard $40 membership fee in the amount field.
In the text field provided, enter the Full Name and Email Address of the person being enrolled.
This enrollment is for Gold Memberships effective January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024. Please see the HCPG Constitution & Bylaws for full membership details.
