About The Event
Come join HCPG as we travel to the Deep Creek Lake, MD area on a 2-day photo adventure filled with opportunities for all kinds of photos to include, landscape/waterfalls, nature & wildlife, city/street, railroad, nightscape, astro, and even macro.
Day1 will be filled with a short (total of 1-1.5mi) hike to see 3 waterfalls, an afternoon in Oakland and the Oakland B&O Railroad museum, then closing the day with sunset and night/astro images across Deep Creek Lake.
Day 2 We will travel to Blackwater Falls, VA for more waterfall and landscape opportunities.
Participants will be responsible for their own transportation, lodging and food and HCPG will lead the tours and provide photographic mentoring and assistance throughout the day. The adventure begins at 8:00am on the 26th and concludes on the afternoon of the 27th. Full itinerary and details provided to those who sign up prior to the event.
